Head of HR
Hendritta is a highly experienced and strategic HR leader, now serving as the Head of HR. In this role, she leverages her extensive background in human resources to drive talent strategy, foster organizational culture, and enhance employee experience.
With a proven track record of over 15 years in various HR leadership capacities, Hendritta brings a wealth of expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and HR operations. Her career includes significant contributions at prominent organizations including BMW, Shell, GE Oil & Gas, Aker Solutions, Wood Group, Alcatel-Lucent, BMI and MMC where she held various HR management roles, culminating as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition & Development. In this position, she was instrumental in shaping regional talent strategies. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager, where she developed and implemented HR initiatives to support business objectives.
